Traumhaftes und ruhiges Hotel auf der Insel Jeju. Zimmer (DZ) nicht die neuesten, aber super sauber und geräumig mit genialer Dusche.
Wir hatten Ü/F Ende September | Anfang Oktober 2025 gebucht. Frühstück eine glatte 10/10. Es gibt hier einfach alles. Service und Freundlichkeit im
gesamten Hotel von einem anderen Stern.

서비스는 최신입니다.

수영장은 루프탑, 1층 두곳입니다.
주차는 어려움 없이 야외에 했습니다.

중문cc, 롯데 골프장을 이용하기에는 최적의 호텔입니다.
침구류는 편안 하며, QR서비스는 새로웠으며 편했습니다.

맛있는 베이커리 또한 장점입니다-!
훌륭한 호텔이라 다시 제주 방문 한다고 하면 이용하고 싶습니다!

Well on arrival our driver took us to the original hotel but we found our esteemed travel agent had booked us into the suites on the hill (about 500 metres further up the hill) - On arrival and check in there was NO English speaking staff who struggled to inform us of anything. Whilst we ended up on the 6.th floor overlooking the golf course and distant sea views the whole place was sterile lacked anything nice, the room was large enough but the bathroom was tiny as was the toilet - working out how to flush it was another matter -,the stupid electric instructions on the side were in Korean lingo !|To go to breakfast you had to walk to the other older hotel which presented very nicely and the ambience of this place was very nice - pity our esteemed travel agent booked us into the other place on the hill ( of course unbeknownst to us)|Once we sorted out the bainne maree and got freshly cooked food (courtesy of an English speaking manager) the food was good.|But the whole experience was yet another disaster on our South Korean trip and we checked out 3 days earlier (not got our money back of course) caught earlier flight back to Australia.|Wouldn’t put Jeju Island on any bucket list either nothing special and best of luck finding people that speak English. No never again

Coming from Grand Josun, Busan, I had high expectations of this property - and I was not disappointed. It is a large, green, resort. My room on the 6th floor had a balcony with a sit-out. Clean, spacious, with a decent sized bathroom. ||The resort also had a convenience store - which was very thoughtful. I enjoyed the live music at the hotel on Saturday and Sunday. The swimming pool at the Peek (for adults) overlooks the greens and the sea at a distance.||The only thing I missed was the property not being on the beach. The beach was actually quite far and it would have been nice if they had a shuttle to the beach.

I've been traveling for almost 20 years now and i really enjoy it, but unfortunately i can't give this accommodation more than 3 stars.
And that's mainly because i booked one of the most expensive rooms: "King Suite with pool view".
The spaciousness is undoubtedly good at around 97sq m, but the amenities are unfortunately just under average for a 5-star hotel.
There's nothing more than a kettle and coffee machine. No other benefits for guests of this expensive room.
And the worst thing, as other reviewers have already noted, the suite rooms in particular seem to have been inadequately cleaned; the entire terrace area outside was dusty, the beautiful lamps covered in dirt, and the windows hadn't been cleaned in a long time. I'm sorry, but for almost 700,000 KRW a day, i expect a bit more professionalism, and that starts with consistent cleaning of the rooms and outdoor areas.
I found the staff to be always helpful, but since the clientele is primarily families with small children, anything else is probably unnecessary.
I would have liked to see a bit more staff present at breakfast and dinner to answer questions or clear tables. All in all, anyone booking budget accommodation here will probably be among those who give positive reviews and won't complain about why you should pay extra money for the simple loungers at the rooftop pool.
I have stayed in far better 5-star hotels so far.

바다와 떨어져있어 아쉽지만 뷰는 높은위치에있어 좋습니다.다만 수영장에서 주문서비스등은 아쉽습니다. 5성급에서 키오스크 주문 후 직접 음식을 가지로가야하다니 게다가 맥주는 왜이리 시원하지 않은걸까요. 레스토랑 음식 퀄리티는 좋으나 역시 물도 커피도 직접 가져다 먹어야합니다. 국내 호텔 서비스 만족도가 점점 낮아지고있습니다.

This hotel was the worst value-for-money of our entire trip to South Korea. You pay the price of a 5-dtar hotel, but it does not qualify as a 5-star hotel at all, for several reasons.
First of all, as other comments have mentioned, this should be called a family resort rather than a hotel; there are many families with kids making noise and monopolising every facility. The rooms are most soundproof at all, and you will hear a lot of annoying noise, especially from kids.
Don't be misled by the pictures, because as nice as they seem, the rooms and bathrooms are worn down and are badly in need of renovation (see pictures)
The facilities are also far from that of a 5-star hotel, with a pretty average breakfast and gym, and pools that are simply too packed with people to be enjoyable.
I recommend people, especially couple with no kids looking for a relaxing time in a higher-end hotel, to stay away from this hotel. It doesn't provide a prime lodging experience in Jeju island, although its overly high price might lead you to think it does.

뭐 하나 흠 잡을 데가 없는 아주 좋은 호텔이었습니다. 다만 방음이 완벽히 되지는 않았네요. 방 간 소음은 전혀 없는데 복도에서 들어오는 소리가 유일한 단점.
